* Only cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will be accepted.
* Reservations No-Show will be charged with the full value of the first night reserved.
* During the high-seasons periods of Easter and the La Ceiba Carnival, different conditions for both cancellations and refunds may apply.
